Day 1 of 30
I am starting fresh it finally felt like spring today which made me want to get out of hibernation.
My eating wasn't the best today but moving forward the next 30 days:
Gym it/run outside every day of the 30 days
No soda
Bringing lunch to work/cooking dinner
No takeouts
No beer
Here we go! Swimsuit season is right around the corner
